Fallout 4 Season Pass prepaid code

I received a prepaid code for the Fallout 4 season pass on Christmas Day, it was purchased on Amazon.com. When I attempted to redeem the code on my console it stated that I needed to try again later. Being Christmas morning, I assumed the servers were having
a bit of trouble, so i waited a few days to try to redeem the code again. When I tried a few days later, it told me the code had already been redeemed although nothing in my downloads told me it had registered. So i decided to wait until the first DLC for
Fallout 4 was released to see if it had actually downloaded the season pass. Today, March 22, the first DLC for Fallout 4 was released and when i went to see if my season pass had registered on my Xbox, it told me I needed to purchase the add-on instead of
the usual "Download" when you have a season pass. I have attempted to redeem the code here on the Xbox website and even use the link from my amazon account to redeem it and I get the same "This code has already been used" message. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

Where did you buy the season pass? If you bought it at the Microsoft Store (Fallout 4 Season Pass kaufen – Microsoft Store de-DE), it should
show up on your Xbox One. If you got a 5x5 code, you have to redeem the code (How to redeem gift cards and codes).

Have you tried to check and see if the Season Pass is already installed in your console before downloading Automatron DLC? You can check this one by going to My Games & Apps > Highlight Fallout 4 game > Press the Menu button on your controller and select
Manage Game. See if you will have the option to install the Season Pass under Add-ons.

If you don't have the option or the system is asking you to purchase it, it means that the license of the Season Pass DLC wasn't applied to your account or the code that you've redeemed might have been a Xbox Gift card that was advertised as Season Pass.
A digital currency should be applied to your account that you can use to purchase the Season Pass via Xbox Store.
