Fallout 4 Season Pass Issue

I recently tried to play the DLC in Fallout 4. I purchased the Best Buy Gold Bundle version of the game when it was first released, which included a code for the Season Pass. All three of the released DLCs appear under the add-ons tab in the main menu of
Fallout 4, but I can't access any of them even though I meet the requirements to play them in-game. Under My Games & Apps none of the DLC is anywhere to be found, either. I tried to go to the store page to download each individually, but I was only given the
option to buy them again. I have tried to power cycle my Xbox One, uninstall and reinstall Fallout 4 twice, and even delete my previous save data and start a new character, but none of these have fixed the issue.

Odd to hear that you're not able to access your season pass content for Fallout 4. Is it possible you were signed in with a different account when the season pass was purchased? If you search for the season pass on your account does it give you the option
to purchase it again?

 

Alright the Season Pass is not a downloadable item, it's essentially a receipt saying you have access to the DLC's as they release. So try going to the Xbox Store and search specifically for the Season Pass, then after getting to the Season Pass page you
should see the word "MANAGE" where the option to buy it would be at, if so click that and it should give you a list of 3 DLC's to install, if this works try to keep this mind for future season/expansion pass purchases for games in general as this happens quite
frequently for me. If the Season Pass does not show "MANAGE" but gives you the option to buy it, that means either the code was bad by way of it being a faulty code or the retail didn't know it was bad and if this is the case you should talk to the retail
for a replacement code or perhaps Xbox Support might be able to add the license if you provide proof of purchase and provide a copy of your code so they can investigate, or the code gave you an error message when typing it in and perhaps you misunderstood
what it said. Either way I hope you find a solution, as the DLC's are really awesome I personally can't see myself playing without them.
