Fallout 4 Season pass code for downloading fallout 3 not redeeming

I had bought a copy of fallout 4 on the xbox one, it came with a “fallout 4 season pass” which has a redeemable code on its back whoch should get me “fallout 3” once redeemed. However, unfortunately no matter how many times i have entered the code, it
never redeemed and i never got my free copy of “fallout 3”. I have tried to redeem the code on my xbox one s and xbox.com/redeemcode too many times than I can count, but the code never redeems! Please hep me with my problem

Fallout 3 is not a part of the Fallout 4 Season pass... Not too sure what's going on here. But I don't think you have the Season Pass, but you've used the code for Fallout 3, yes? If so, Fallout 3 will appear under "ready to install" under "My Games & Apps",
it'll be to the far right of all your games.

Hello! I bought The consol with fallout 4 cd at the time fallout 4 was relesed and I got the code for fallout 3 with it. Fallout 3 is an xbox 360 game from The start could that be a problem trying to download to xbox one?

Makes no sence selling a box with fallout 4 to xbox one and a redeem code for fallout 3 to xbox 360 😑👈

Where did you buy the season pass? If you bought it at the Microsoft Store (https://www.microsoft.com/store/p/Fallout-4-Season-Pass/C3SV7SXZB1VQ), it should
show up on your Xbox One. If you got a 5x5 code, you have to redeem the code (https://support.xbox.com/billing/prepaid-codes/redeem-prepaid-codes).

Its a brand new copy i got from a GAMES Store in the UK. There is no small print on the season pass paper. Please help me with my situation, i would really like to redeem the code which will give my free copy of xbox 360 backwards compatibilty fallout
3 game for the xbox one that has come with my fallout 4 copy
