Fallout 4 Retrievement of old Save?

Hello Today Xbox Live.

I been playing Fallout 4 since the midth of January and played it nearly every day since.

But for a while ago, i think that my Save file got corrupted. By? i don't know. Never managed to talk to Xbox Live Support since they don't allow Email Contact order and when i try to chat with them, the Box doens't open. so yea. you can see i kinda got
a problem here.

But yea. my file got corrupted. (and corrupted) i mean in like whenever i save further from that point. only that save will be there when i look at it again. i tried to delete some of my old safe to see if it worked, if it might be that i had too many save
files. but it didn't really worked. so i tried to reinstall the whole thing on my Xbox One, (+ too the Xbox) and it seems to not work. so bited the sour apple and had to create a new save file with my beloved fiance that is too a big fan of Fallout 4, for
all the hard work we have set into our Settlements, Side quests and Adventuring. Everything went well now, we created a good new save file, played Fallout 4 nearly 10 days a row. (nearly) to try and get up to that point again, but it weren't really the same,
we have already did all this stuff earlier tho. The only difference is Automatron, (btw Good DLC) worth Buying.

But Now my roomie choosed to play on my Xbox at the night when i was going to bed, and he created a ''New Game'' and not saving over the other files to not interrup them or delete them by any way. Just keep Quick Saving. But around 4-5 am when i waked up
and he was still playing, i told him to check the save file, and it was not there. It was completely gone. Not even 1 file was there. only the one from the ''New Game'' was there. We feel like we have been wasting 10 days on playing on Xbox now, and we would
like some help to regain our Old Save File. we have put so much work and so much effort to our save file and this was the last straw. My fiance was crying for all the hard work we have put so much into and just lost. Please Help us. We love to play Games
on Xbox and Even the Game Fallout 4. and we don't want that ruined. you can contact me on

As opposed to an old Fallout 4?

I always say Fallout 4, but I also love a new Knights of the old republic.

Bethesda games are "known" to have issues when it comes to savegames getting corrupted, the only way to get around this is to often create a new save even for the auto save.

Unfortunately there is no way to retrieve your old saves as they've been overwritten already on the cloud.

As for not being able to chat with Support, I suggest trying another browser.
