    Fallout 4 refuses to load.


    After buying a brand new XBox One S and installing Fallout 4, the game refuses to start. After the opening splash screen, all that happens is the loading icon sits on a black screen for a few minutes, then the game closes itself. The disc is fine and still
    works on my old Xbox, and I've already reset the new console and reinstalled multiple times. I suspect that the lack of save data is to blame, but I don't know how to force the synced data to download. Any suggestions?

    Is this external drive big enough?

    It's a 250GB SOLID STATE DRIVE. It will just be used for games that require a lot of disk drive activity like Fallout 4 does. If you haven't played Fallout 4 to see how long it takes to load certain parts of the game you wouldn't know what I am talking about.
    If you have played Fallout 4 going to a SOLID STATE DRIVE will improve load times 2X to 4X faster.

    What about the dlc, have you deleted and re-downloaded any of it?

    i cant even install it on my new XB1S console it keeps saying the disc is dirty or damaged but i can install it without problems on my old xb1 console
