No fallout 3 code after preordering fallout 4

I purchased the preorder Fallout 4 bundle on July 2 and still have not received my code for Fallout 3.

I also have never received my Fallout 3 code from my Digital Preorder of Fallout 4.

Came here from reddit. I'm not sure the exact date I pre-ordered Fallout 4 (several months ago now), but I did so digitally and I have yet to receive a code for Fallout 3.

Sup Reddit peeps!

For those of you who pre-ordered through other retailers, unfortunately we will not have visibility on those codes because the distribution may vary. We only have visibility for pre-orders through our Xbox Store.

If you pre-ordered from the Xbox Store less than 10 days ago (some cases a tad bit longer) we may not have a code ready for you quite yet. In this case, hang in there for the full 10 days to see if a code is sent. If it has not sent, post back here and let
me know so we can take a deeper look.

Don't fret, if you pre-ordered Fallout 4 from our Xbox Store and have not received your Fallout 3 code after 10 days, you're already in the right spot.
