Fallout 4 Preorder Bonus not received!!

Hello Microsoft, I am posting this message due to the code I was supposed to receive within 7-10 days and yet still have not received. This is terrible and false advertisement which gets me very upset and now I have less trust with your companies honesty.
Please resolve this issue immediately. Thank you. Very appreciated.

I purchased Fallout 4 through preorder. As a bonus of preorder, a code for Fallout 3 is messaged to you for download of the game. Unfortunately, I received the message but did not enter the code. The message has now disappeared from my inbox. How do I go
about receiving the message again?
