Fallout 4 Pre-ordered, no Fallout 3 code.

I pre-ordered Fallout 4 on 04 Oct 15 and have yet to receive my Fallout 3 code.

As the game is coming out next week I was told I should see about getting it before the pre-order period is over.

Have not received Fallout 3 code

Pre-ordered fallout 4 but no fallout 3 code!

 

Fallout 3 Code has not arrived

Pre-ordered my copy of Fallout 4 from Gamestop. Picked up Fallout 4. Entered the code in the day Fallout 4 came out. STILL NO FALLOUT 3 CODE. I hope I don't lose the ability to have fallout 3. One reason I pre-ordered was to make SURE I got a copy with fallout
3. Please help.

 

Hey there, Charlong! Please make sure that a successful transaction has gone through the Xbox One Store for your preorder of this game. You can do this by checking
commerce.microsoft.com for your Billing History and finding the date that it went through. If you find that, please post back with a screenshot of the date and showing the name of the game for me so that we can look

After going through some other posts and forums I think I was mildly confused.

I pre-ordered a physical copy through the Microsoft Store, and as such should be receiving a copy of the code when I receive the disk.

Is this correct?

 

That you are! Thanks a bunch for clarifying for me. Not only that, but 7-10 days after your disc is shipped, you should receive a $10 currency code from the Microsoft Store as well in your email. So keep an eye out for that. If you don't see it after 10
days, please reach out to the
Microsoft Store Support team. They should be able to assist you further.
