Fallout 4 pre order missing the Fallout 3 code

Hey i preordered Fallout 4 about 3 weeks ago now and i have still yet to receive my code for fallout 3

I pre-ordered Fallout 4 and still haven't received my Fallout 3 pre-order code.

 

Hey there, HAL0GAMe3R! Where did you preorder Fallout 4 from? If you did it from the Xbox One store, was it possibly on another account that you preordered it on? Let us know and we can go from there.

 

I have It preorder via the xbox store.

 

Would you log into commerce.microsoft.com on this account and find the pre-order date you had done for Fallout 4, please? Send me a screenshot of just that purchase so that I can look into this further. You will

I can not seem to find it on the purchase history but when i look the game up on the store it says that i have already purchased it on launchday

That is really weird. Alright, what does it say on your console when you try to preorder there?

 

Not sure what you are asking but i was able to preload the entire game.

 

I know it's now release date, however we still want to make sure you are going to get Fallout 3.

Yeah so this issues still hasn't been resolved and quite frankly it's getting irritating that I have to wait this long to hear anything.

Sincere apologies for the delay. Could you provide us the date that you pre-ordered Fallout 4? Was this done through the Xbox One console or on Xbox.com?

 

I preordered the game on the 23 of October but as you can see in the picture i provided it says i have bought it on launch day

I know you said you preordered through the store, but did you happen to get a code from a retailer like GameStop that would have marked your game as pre-ordered through the store? This would explain your purchase date of launch day, as well the inability
to find it on the commerce site.
