Fallout 4 pre-order bonus

I ordered my fallout 4 before November 8th on the Xbox store and still have not received my fallout 3 code.

The Fallout 3 code was a pre-order bonus for Fallout 4 and is no longer available.

 

Pre ordered Fallout 4 waiting on Fallout 3 code

I pre ordered fallout 4 and am waiting as patiently for that as can be. The bonus of playing fallout 3 is keeping me going, now I just need the code to play it! Yay for bonus games when you pre order.

Firstly, please make sure you have reviewed the terms and conditions of this offer at the very bottom of this page: www.xbox.com/.../fallout-4 to ensure you are eligible to receive a code for Fallout 4.

Secondly, it is quite possible that the message was sent to you but has since expired since all Xbox Live messages expire after 28 days.

If that is the case, a member of the Xbox Support staff will be along soon and they may be able to retrieve your code.

If you were never sent the code, it may have just been a glitch and again, Xbox Support will be along to lend a hand.

I did check the requirements and I definitely qualify but honestly did not receive my code

 

That's not a problem.

As I mentioned earlier, a member of the support team will comment here within the next 48 hours (usually, but can sometimes take a little longer) who should be able to get that code for you.
