Fallout 4 Pre-Order Bonus (Fallout 3 Digital Download)

Went to use my Fall Out 3 bonus code out of my Xbox messages, but wasn't able to locate - because messages delete automatically every 30 days. Spent a good amount of time in CHAT (Xbox chat support) before being directed to contact Bethesda. After
a week and a half with Bethesda, I've been directed back to you. I'm not asking for a new code, just the one I already had. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Xbox One customers (for both digital and physical copies of "Fallout 4 - Xbox One"): Please note that for the extra pre-order bonus of "Fallout 3," backwards compatibility for Xbox 360 is not available until 11/12. Physical copies of Fallout 4 have the code
for "Fallout 3" packed in-box. For digital copies of "Fallout 4," the "Fallout 3" game code will be delivered separately within 7-10 days to the user’s Xbox Messenger center.
