Fallout 4 (PC) on Game Pass Won't Launch

Im pretty sure the problem is on your side not the developers, if the Gamepass install path is able to be chosen by your software then i assume it has to allow for different file location either within the C: or D: structure, all the developers game files would be a relative reference, i think this ones on you. PS i have the same problem.

Microsoft is the retailer here via gamepass (and don't give me the spiel that this is free it's not I pay monthly for it) - and Microsoft should be fighting this battle or refunding all/part of your monthly gamepass subscription until it's resolved. It could be that Microsoft have badly applied the install via it's hopeless installer, but that's still between MS and the dev (I don't care who's fault it is)

And a problem on my side with their software is still their problem - I meet the min requirements...

P.S. I have the same problem - tried reinstall to different drive, reboot, windows updates etc. nothing - email to MS next - see how far that doesn't get me.

I have the exact same issue.

I have Xbox Pass on my windows 10 PC, downloaded the game from the game list and I am getting the same error as above.

Is there any solution to this issue?

None of those solutions worked. The game is still not launching.

In this case, It would be best to get in touch with the developer of the game for further assistance.
