Kindly try to reset/repair the Xbox app and MS store. Select Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features. Find the App named "Xbox app" then select the Advanced options link under the name of the app (some apps don't have this option). On the page that opens, select Reset. Do the same with MS store

After that press WIN+R (Windows logo key + R) , Enter "services.msc", find "Game Services", stop the service and then start it back again. Try installing your game again.

Hello, Exilium31! Thanks for your reply. Kindly try installing the game using MS store app. Press the Win + R key to open the Run dialog.

Type cmd and click OK to open Command Prompt.

In the Command Prompt window, type the following command and hit Enter to execute:

WSReset.exe

then open the Microsoft Store, then click on the profile picture in the top right corner. A pop-up box will appear allowing you to sign out then once signed out, kindly sign in again using the account that has the game and should change the store account.
