Fallout 4 patch (Xbox One X)

    Fallout 4 patch (Xbox One X)


    The enhanced gaming and 4k resolution patch was released yesterday but my Xbox One X is not downloading and I have no options to check/force update. How do I get this patch to starting installing?

    Where is the X One X Patch for Fallout 4?

    Fallout 4's Xbox One X Enhancement is still in development, as is the enhancement for Skyrim SE. It is confirmed on

    Bethesda's website     that there will be a patch for Xbox One X, but they have not announced a date yet.

    How to get Fallout 4 Xbox one x enhancement update？

    My xbox one x is in Hong Kong region.

    I saw Fallout 4 page in microsoft store has Xbox one x enhancement

    But my fallout 4 version is always stand at 1.8.3 and i never receive any update notify

    How could i get this update?

    I had a similar issue with COD WW2. I fxed it by installing again. Bear in mine, the update for Fallout 4 is around 19GB.

    Thank you but that was what I was attempting to prevent. Downloading the base game plus the patch would be another 60 gigs of my data being used. There needs to be a check for update button so I can get the system to manually check. Having the settings checked
    to keep games updated is pointless if it doesn't keep your games updated.

    Other things you can try:

    If your console is instant on, try turning off the console completely - even unplugging it - then boot back up, and try the game again.

    Perhaps the system restore feature may get the machine to do the update? There is an option in the settings to perform the restore and keep your games.

    Or, if you have an external hard drive, perhaps moving the game to or from one device to another and then launching it, may begin the update.

    Give those a go, and report back.

    Why would a 1gb patch rule mean the One doesn't get Fallout 4?
