Q: When does Fallout 4 release?

A: Fallout 4 will be released November 10th, 2015.

Q: Where can I pre-order Fallout 4?

A:You can purchase Fallout 4 from participating retailers, including the
Microsoft Store (search for Fallout 4). You can also pre-order digitally from the Xbox Store from the following links.

Q: What are the different versions available for Fallout 4?

Q: I purchased the standard edition of Fallout 4 digitally but I want the Season Pass that is included with the Fallout 4 Digital Deluxe Bundle.

A: You can pre-order the
Fallout 4 Season Pass separately here for no difference in price.

Q: I pre-ordered Fallout 4 digitally on the Xbox Store, when can I play?

A: You'll be able to play starting at 12:01 AM EST (9:01 AM PST) on November 10th, 2015.

Q: I made sure to get my pre-order in early, how can I make sure I'm ready to play at launch?

A: If you’ve digitally pre-ordered the game on Xbox One on or before 10/27 and are NOT using Instant On power mode, you may still have an incorrect “stub file” for the title, which is simply a placeholder file. Players that have this particular version
of the stub file will be required to delete it, and reinstall the title. If you’ve pre-ordered on or after 10/27, you should be ready to download the necessary updates as they become available. Once these updates have been installed, you’ll then be able to
play Fallout 4 .

To do so, follow the process below:

• Navigate to My Games & Apps.
• Find the title's tile in Games.
• With the tile highlighted, press the [Menu] button on your controller.
  
• Select Manage Game.
• In the Manage Game screen, select the storage device the game is currently installed to.
  
• Select Uninstall.
• Once the game has uninstalled, return to My Games & Apps.
• Scroll right to the "Ready to Install" section under Games.
• Highlight the title's tile.
• Press [A] to select.
• Choose Install.

Q: I pre-ordered Fallout 4 from the Xbox Store, when will I receive Fallout 3 for Xbox 360?

A: You will receive your code via an Xbox message within 7-10 days.

Q: I've waited 11 or more days and I still haven't received my Fallout 3 code, what should I do?

A: Please create a new thread over in our Promotions & Special Offers on Xbox One forum and we'll get you as soon as we can (Xbox Forum Support hours are Monday - Friday / 9 AM PST - 5 PM PST and can be up to 24 hours before your post is responded
to).

Q: I pre-ordered Fallout 4 from a local retailer, how do I redeem my copy of Fallout 3?

A: Physical copies of Fallout 4 include an insert with the code.

Q: Can I play Fallout 3 on my Xbox One?

A: Starting on November 12th, 2015 all Xbox One users will be able to play via Xbox One Backwards Compatibility. For details and a list of all games coming check

Q: What is Fallout Pip-Boy app?

A: This app lets your portable device interact with Fallout 4 on your Xbox One. Away from your game system? No problem! Pip-Boy will remember your status and allow you to access your data while on the go. Check your Stats, Inventory, Map, Radio
and even play your holotape games all from the convenience of your Pip-Boy application.

Q: Which devices can I use the Fallout Pip-Boy App with?

A: The Fallout 4 Pip-Boy app is available on Windows Phone, iOS, and Android devices.

Q: How do I set up the Fallout Pip-Boy App?

A: Setting up the Fallout Pip-Boy App is quick and easy, follow the steps below for help!

1. Select your display. If you are only using your phone, select device. If you are connecting your phone to a Pip-Boy Replica select device.
   
2. Select Xbox One as your platform.
3. Verify that your phone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your Xbox One.
   
4. Select your Xbox One console.
   

Q: Is there mod support for Fallout 4 on Xbox One?

A: Yep! Fallout 4 players will be able to play PC mods free, first on the Xbox One.

Q: What's new with Fallout 4?

A: Fallout 4 introduces weapon customization and settlement crafting to the series for the first time

Q: What are settlements?

A: Players can build and manage their own settlements around the game world. Fallout 4 introduces the new workshop interface, allowing players to construct and decorate their home base as they see fit. As the settlement expands players will eventually
be able to invite others to set up shop in base to purchase some of the best items in the game.

I can't change fallout 4 language to chinese...

Just saw the FAQ on the official Bethesda forums.

The Australian version only supports English

You need to buy the Asian version which supports English voice and traditional Chinese text.
