Fallout 4 - License Removed

Hi, I've got my license removed because of the Fallout 4 being sold as 0$ for mistake, then I've got a message saying that soon I would get some money in order to apologize for the inconvenience, but I still got nothing. Please, help.

Was removed message with code fallout 3. Code obtained by buying fallout 4. Please help to recover the code.

 

If you didn't get that $10 credit during that little pricing error last month, you didn't get it.

The accounts that did get the money for taking advantage of a temporary pricing glitch were probably hand-picked. I wouldn't say Microsoft is particularly "obligated" to give you $10 because of that ordeal -- they aren't obligated to honor you for
a business error like that.

If you still have the message you claim you received, you can take it up with the customer support line and see if they can help you. There's not much a forum can do for your case.

Actually I contacted costumer support and they sent to the forums. I did get this message and so I wan't the promised money.

 

Check the account you used to purchase the Fallout 4 for $0. If you were able to purchase it, the $10 credit would show up directly under your Microsoft balance. If you weren't able to purchase it, you wouldn't be getting the credit. Not all accounts are
entitled to be credited. Just the ones who successfully purchased it during that 1 hour timeframe that the glitch was in effect. You might want to check this website link:

It says -10$, refund by Xbox Rewards.

What does that means, I own 10 dollars to Microsoft? lol
