    Are you saying your game keeps refreshing 3 to 4 times an hour? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling your game? If that doesn't work try moving the game to and external harddrive then moving the harddrive to a different port.

    Fallout 4 launched just fine...without needing to go into Offline mode. Yet GTA V when just going into story mode...the message keeps poppin up. Fallout 4 is on disc and GTA V is downloaded.
