Fallout 4 is FREE!

Thanks to a Facebook post, I found out that Fallout 4 Deluxe Edition was free on the marketplace. Checked it and it was free. Weird... but free game!

Not anymore, someone at MS made a mistake and it is now fixed...

 

I downloaded it when I found out. Does that mean the license for it is revoked now for me and others that downloaded it like that?

 

I don't think they can revoke if their mistake...they can fire the person who made the mistake though.

The Digital Deluxe Edition is essentially the Game of the Year edition; it comes with the game AND its DLC.

I didn't know you could get fired for that.

 

I got in just in time to snag the season pass for free.

^^ I think there is still more to come. If not, then the season pass was priced too high as there hasn't been that much DLC released yet.

You won't get the game taken away if you downloaded it when it was free. Something similar happened with Lords of the Fallen. I downloaded it and then the correct price came out. I never heard a word.

 

^ Cant agree its overpriced Brand, Automatron was huge and Far Harbor is far bigger. Admittedly I bought it before the price rise but in my book on a pounds spend x hours to play equation its still banging value.

yes mate, as far as I know there is. I know some DLC is way overpriced but not the case with Fallout and boy are you in for a treat with Witcher Blood and Wine, its bigger than most full games and jammed with stuff to do.

 

There had better be other story DLCs for Fallout 4. Hopefully something gets revelead at E3. Otherwise, I'm glad I never got the season pass.
