Fallout 4 Installation Problem

My Fallout 4 installation is glitchy. When I put the disc in it installs up to 1% then says queued really fast then says installing and then the installation stops. Why is it doing like this? I've tried installing it offline and online but neither works.
If I factory reset my Xbox One will the disc work properly? Also, there are no scratches on the disc at all.

Please help me.

Fallout 4 keeps stopping at 60%

I've been trying to reinstall Fallout 4 at around 60% it will say "installation stopped". I click continue and it doesn't move at all. Any Help?

Another thing I tried doing is signing out, then signing in with my son's account, but it wouldn't let me load the game with his ID either.

Did you just purchase the game and was it a used copy? It only happened twice to me and only when I purchased used copies of games but for some reason they wouldn't install. The discs had no visible scratches but after I returned the copies and replaced
them I had no problems at all. If you don't have too many games installed and your console was connected to the internet when you played the last games you played (so they are synced to the cloud) give it a try factory resetting the console. Probably best
idea is to first try just by power cycling it. If neither of these work then take the disc back to the store where you purchased it and ask for a replacement

Thanks, I'll probably get a replacement. But I still wonder if factory reset is a good idea.

This problem only happens after installing Ultra Graphics PC Mode on Fallout 4, and when I disable it, the console fan is silent in the game, but Fallout game graphics are low without that mod, and I like us ultra graphics mod

I have a fallout 3 problem myself. I have fallout 3 GOTY, my game disc does not read well on the one but the 360 it reads fine. the dlc disc of fallout 3 is fine and can read on the one.

Because I preordered fallout 4 I got fallout 3 game itself for download but no dlc with it so I put in the dlc disc and the console installed the dlc no problem. I run the game and check downloads and none of the dlc shows up at all not even when I load
the game but it's on my game manager as installed...
