Fallout 4 Install Broken

So I was playing Fallout 4 yesterday and the game froze whilst Autosaving. I waited for it to unfreeze (because Bethesda games do that sometimes) but it didn't after about half an hour. I quit to Xbox Home and tried to resume the game, but it was still frozen.
I quit the game and tried to launch it. It showed the Fallout 4 "Please Stand By" screen, then went to a black screen. It stayed like this for an hour, then I shut the game down again, and turned off my Xbox. When I turned it back on and tried to launch the
game again, it did the same black screen glitch again. I then uninstalled the game and pressed reinstall and left it to reinstall overnight.

This morning when I tried to open the game it didn't appear in my "Games" tab, nor in my "Ready to install" tab. There's a blank icon in the "Recently installed" section of the queue, but when I go to the Fallout 4 store page it tells me the game is installed
and has the "play" option. When I press play, it goes to a screen that says "The thing that you are looking for is not here. We probably do not have it, but just in case, try searching for it" with a button that says "refresh the page" (it's worth noting that
this happens no matter how I get to the Fallout 4 store page, searching, looking in the top paid charts, etc.). At the very bottom of the page it says "Code: 0X00000005" then under that is "CV: 6+Cc9xQzHkuAvDbB"

Please help as I only bought this game a few days ago and have hardly made any progress with it, would not want to have to pay for the game again!

Which DLCs should I get?

Hoping that Fallout 4 is no where near as broken as Skyrim.

 

Best perks and why.

also, for what it is worth, it would appear macreadys companion perk, killshot, is positively glitched. ha, thats why i always have a 95% headshot in VATS
