Fallout 4 Headhunting Achievement Locked at 100%

Just adding to the chorus of folks with this problem on various games.

I should have unlocked this a few weeks ago by completing the mission. It shows as 100% but it's still locked.

I've gone back to an old save and replayed the end of the mission several times to no avail. Gone through all the irritating and overly long troubleshooting steps and that doesn't work either. Pretty close to 100%-ing this game and this is really frustrating.

So An achievement that is in Fallout 4 is glitched. its stuck at 100% but still locked. I've had issues before were this would happen but it says unlocking and it takes a few days. I just dont know what to do. and I dont see any fixes.

Thanks, but like I said, I've done all those things and it hasn't helped. Still locked.

 

Bumped and still glitched.

I've done all the things multiple times. All the steps in the sticky. The "Factory Reset" that has been mentioned.

I've probably replayed the end of this mission that triggers the achievement a few doze times. All no good.

 

Interestingly I spoke with MS support yesterday and they "100% assured" me that game save data and achievements associated with any particular game is stored on the game developer's servers. They claim that MS has no control or ability to fix achievement
issues. Who would believe...?

(1) Just about every major game developer (Bethesda, Square Enix, ...) in the past couple of months have simultaneously had issues with their servers: syncing and achievements.

(2) Microsoft would trust anyone else with their data.

So one or two things can be inferred here: (i) the support guy was right, and we're "out of luck" because the developers assure us it is a problem with Microsoft's servers and Xbox Live, (ii) the support guy was wrong, and we're "out of luck" because after
all this time Microsoft clearly don't have a clue what is going on. Conclusion: we're "out of luck"!

That's so frustrating.

Either way, it amounts to: This thing that I spent money on is not really working properly and there is no solution being provided from anyone involved.

 

It magically popped overnight. It wasn't there when I went to bed and I haven't turned my xbox one yet today, but I just logged in to xbox.com and it's there. So yeah, that's a thing that happened.
