    enchanting broke

    ok im level 44, want my enchanting at 100 (was at 93) so i could double enchant two classes for free with -25% fortify.... k well i get to 100 and out of nowhere my -24% fortify turned into -4% ??? so i reloaded my save and level up my enchanting again.
    got it to level 94, checked my fortify enchants and they were still -24% (ok all is good) so i level up one more level and check and now my fortify enchants went from -24% to -16%, and my fortify mgicka and fortify health went from +60 points to +40 points.
    so i level up one more level (now at 96) and now my fortify enchants are -4%, fortify magicka and health are +20 points. ALL of the enchants i used grand soul gems so its not the gem. how am i supposed to become better when the percentage doesnt scale how
    it is supposed to? how can i fix it? what am i doing wrong?

    Must be a bug. Played this game to death and leveled to 50 and beyond. Suggest you go back to a previous save and try again.

    Having game issues? Post them here.

    Have had many many issues. One that I did not se listed is concerning the guild stores. Apparently it is not an issue for everyone, but there are many people (myself included) that are not able to adjust prices at all when listing something for sell). The
    only pirce it offers is the same price that you can sell the item to an NPC store character. 1 Gold for a Level 25 Consumable or 30 gold for a level 25 Curass/Suit of armor doesn't help you make back any of the time or money you spend making the items and
    leveling up those abilities.

    Your RANK is separate from your LEVEL. Every game you start at LEVEL 1 and work your way up. This level is to do with the items you find. RANK is for unlocking the single player and upping your carry weight.

    Your level doesn't carry over from the Alpha.

    It's not going to carry over from the Beta either.

    So do prestige tokens unlock perks?

    I came into the game with 4 prestige tokens,... they would not unlock perks... they would only unlock items that were almost available (one level above?)... could not unlock advanced gear, could not unlock advanced perks... when you prestige in this game
    do you carry over certain unlocks, or start over from scratch?
