Fallout 4 game pass pc downloading problems

I don't believe Fallout 4 is part of the PC game pass although it is in the console game pass. This would be why you are only given the option to download it on your console.

Restart your device: As basic as this is, a simple restart can set many things right.

Update your PC version: Check for any updates on your Windows firmware version as it can be outdated and should be updated to the latest patch to run the game properly. Sometimes, Windows security patch updates can also ruin the game files for some reason which can be fixed by uninstalling the recently installed updates manually from the ‘Windows Updates’ option.

Try a wired connection: Maybe the problem is appearing from your internet connection. If you’re running a wireless connection (Wi-Fi) then make sure to try using a wired network (ethernet cable) for a stable and faster connection.

Clear cache and data: Try clearing unnecessary background running tasks on the PC that should help a lot. Head over to the Task Manager and close the higher CPU/Memory consuming tasks one by one from the ‘Processes’ section.

Check for administrator permission : Some games require additional components to be installed for the game to function properly. Depending on the components being installed, you may be prompted for permission from an administrator during game installation or when the game is first launched. When installing a game from the Xbox app, you have the option to select the hard drive in which the content will be stored. If you see the “Selected drive is not set up to install games” message, it means your hard drive is not provisioned and installation access is denied. To fix this:

   • Select the link in the “Selected drive is not set up to install games” message
     
   • Press the Windows logo key on your keyboard or device, and then select Settings
     
2. Select System > Storage, and then select Change where new content is saved under More storage settings.

Hello, i have a problem, the game Fallout 4 is removed to the game pass, indeed it's not in the game pass catalog.

But, it does not look in the list of game removed in november.

So, Fallout 4 must removed game pass or not ?

I can confirm that Fallout 4 has left the Game Pass catalogue at the end of October.

I just dont want ads .. especially in my main screen.. not even game pass ads. that is a major dealbreaker for me.

I really wanted to like the xbox but i want to decide what is on my main screen.

Example with fallout 4 I just wanted the cover to show.. not screens showing people streaming fallout 4, wallpaper fallout 4 slideshow or fallout 4 community chat and what else popped up on the screen.. and i could not find any way to remove all that.

I read that mouse and keyboard was now supported but it tirns out it is only very few games and it has no bluetooth support.

I did manage to download and try fallout 4 before i asked for refund for the gamepass.. I am comming from a pc so the graphics looked a little “dead” on the xbox and the controller made me feel stiff like i had problems turning my neck (like when you have
a stiff neck or look through binoculars)

finally the price of the games was quite expensive and the game pass on top I calculate that with 2-3 years of buying games and gamepass it is cheaper just to buy a pc in the end.

but i was surprised to see options for mods on the xbox.

Hello! I bought The consol with fallout 4 cd at the time fallout 4 was relesed and I got the code for fallout 3 with it. Fallout 3 is an xbox 360 game from The start could that be a problem trying to download to xbox one?

Makes no sence selling a box with fallout 4 to xbox one and a redeem code for fallout 3 to xbox 360 😑👈
