fallout 4 G.O.T.Y. updated this September and now it's looking for a game disk. The game does not recognize the G.O.T.Y. disk. This is the second time I've seen this, both game disks are useless.

If you delete the game and reinstall it will the DLC's be deleted also.

Exodus Scalpel

A hard reset may solve this problem. Hold down the power button until the system shuts down and unplug the power cable. Wait for 5 min and plug it back in and restart the console

Thanks for posting here on the Xbox forums. When you delete a game, the DLC is deleted as well. Don't worry though, you will be able to redownload the DLC since you own it on your account. It would just take some time, depending on your internet speeds.

I installed Fallout G.O.T.Y edition with gamepass but when i go to my addons it says there not installed, im really confused

Fallout G.O.T.Y edition is not included on Xbox Game Pass. Only the standard versions of Fallout 4 and Fallout: New Vegas are currently included with Game Pass.

I tried to enter the code today (right now) in the Xbox marketplace and it was succesful
