    Fallout 4 DLC Entitlement/Licensing Issue


    I own the season pass for Fallout 4, and also own an Xbox One S and a standard Xbox One and own the physical disk for Fallout 4. I emailed Bethesda support and was told that I most likely have an "entitlement/licensing issue with Microsoft" I downloaded
    the Season Pass with my dads account and now it only allows his account to access the DLC's. On the Xbox One S this works perfectly fine, but on my One at a different location, it says that the DLC is downloaded in the system, but when I go to the Add-Ons
    page in Fallout 4 it says that the DLC is not installed, unless I'm signed in as my dad in which case it says it's ready to go. I don't know the issue and have done everything the Bethesda support suggested (uninstall and reinstall the game, restart the game,
    restart the console, ect.) and none have worked. Please help

    Since the season pass is owned by your dad's account, you can only access the content while you're using his Home console. You would need to purchase the pass on your account in order to use it on every console.

    if you purchase Fallout 4 base game you will be able to use your purchased DLCs

    you still own the license for them, but you need the license for the base game as well.

    hopefully it will be on sale again soon and you will be able to pick it up cheap

    Sent in Xbox to be repaired. They factory reset it so I lost all my DLC

    The license for the DLC would go onto the account that you put the code in on.

    As long as you are signed in with that account it will be available to you.

    What you can do is go into My games and Apps and highlight the fallout 4 and hit the menu button (small round button to the right of the big xbox button on controller) go down to manage game and this will show you and give your the oppurtunity to reinstall
    any DLC that their is a license for the game.

    Fallout 3 on Xbox One goty disc not loading dlc, starts game.

    As an update for Fallout 3 GOTY, the DLC disc does work, provided you install the DLC's with the Xbox One connected to the internet to download the patch. Keep your Xbox connected to internet to maintain the DLC's to work. Unfortunately, I travel with
    mine and having issues maintaining the licensing for the DLC's to "load" when I start the game.

    You are correct, this seems to be an entitlement license issue where there is an error within your Fallout 76 license under your Xbox account.

    We do not have the tools here on our end to fix this since we are Independent Advisors.

    But nothing to worry! I will directly reroute you to Microsoft Xbox Support as they have all the tools to manage your Fallout 76 license on your Xbox account.
