Fallout 4 DLC disappeared

I have owned an original Xbox One for years, and I used it to play Fallout 4. I own a digital copy of the game, and a digital copy of all the add-ons. I recently bought an Xbox One S, and have had some trouble getting my copies to transition over. It was
not hard to get the copy of Fallout 4 to download, as it came up on the microsoft store as something I already owned. This was not true for the add-ons, which came up as un-owned. I tried resetting the xbox, reloading the store, but eventually the only thing
that worked was uninstalling the add-ons on my original xbox. Once I downloaded them onto the Xbox One S, they claimed to be installed, but when I started the game the home screen claimed they were uninstalled. From here I tried restarting the game, restarting
the console, power cycling, nothing worked. Then I tried uninstalling them on the Xbox One S and reinstalling them, but they now seem to have totally disappeared, and appear as unowned on the microsoft store, while they appear as owned on the microsoft store
on my original xbox.

Can anyone help?

In such cases, there is nothing much you can do since the DLC is not even listed in your purchase list!

I recommend trying to contact the support again if they do not get back to you by the time they told you they will to get updated about your case!

It's an excellent question, as I've never experienced an issue like that before.

What do you see? Does it show it hasn't been purchased?

No, I only have one xbox account. Whats odd is that when I am on the MS Store on one console, it says I own the game and the add-ons, but on the other it is being finnicky, and when it finally did download the game didnt recognize it as downloaded. All
of this on one account

It shows it hasnt been purchased when I login on my phone, even though I literally have it in my library on my original xbox one.

I have the same problem. I bought the gaul expansion for civ 6 when it came out and now it says I don't own it. I bought it again and requested a refund seeing how I already bought the dlc. When I got the refund it also took away the dlc. I've had this issue
before, it says I dont own skyrim even though i bought it years ago and I never had that issue resolved either.

Please help, I can't contact anyone from xbox or Microsoft and I don't think I should have to buy something twice.
