    So on my friends Xbox 1 I lost all my fallout 4 data, plus it cannot sync to cloud without failing at the end (might be a slow internet connection problem) also shout out to Ron from support! very helpful! buy him a yacht!

    Sync cloud data not working again and again....

    I am having sync problems with Fallout 4. Every time I want to play I get syncing data for Fallout 4. On Saturday when it did this it took 3-4 hrs. All these problems started after my xbox one did an update

    Weird possible latency issues

    75% loss in large packets? Major problem. Suggest a chat w/ your ISP as to why they're dropping 3/4 of your data!

    I had this happen with both my Star wars Fallen order save and my forza save, best bet is going to Xbox support to see if they can recover your cloud data. https://support.xbox.com/
    i have tried this and they told me to do 3 things,

    1 to reset the console to factory and keep all games and apps

    2 Remove the account and add it again

    3 just restart the console.

    Any ideas what i should actually task them?
