    Fallout 4 Creation Club credits not showing


    I bought creation club credits to download some things, but the credits haven’t showed in my wallet. The transaction went through my account and it’s been over 24 hours. Contacted Microsoft support and they told me it was the developer. So I contacted Bethesda
    and they said it’s microsoft. What do I need to do???

    Contact Microsoft support?

    Does anyone know how to contact Microsoft, I purchased credits for the creation Club on Fallout 4 and I still haven't received the credits but they took the money off my card and I can find no way to get ahold of Microsoft for them to fix this?

    Was the purchase made from the Xbox store or ingame ?

    If this purchase was made via the Xbox Store, then it is something Microsoft should be assisting with. It might be an issue where the MS rep you spoke with was confused, it happens from time to time with issues like this one.
