fallout 4 crashes on start

One of the ones I would try is, is see if the game starts up with a different profile. If it does than you need to remove your profile and add it again. Have a look at the link.

Fallout 4 is notorious for random crashes.

there are certain areas of the map which are worse than others for causing crashes and the only option is to try to find a different way to get where you want to go, reload an earlier save and hope it works or start over from the beginning and hope it works.

using mods can also make Fallout crash more, but even without mods you are likely to get several crashes or other game breaking bugs.

if you are using mods it is vitally important to get the load order right to minimise the risk of crashing.

I was thinking you may need to power cycle your network hardware if other games crash.
