    Fallout 4 consistently crashing after new updates/DLC


    I downloaded both the new update and Far Harbor the same day, and since then the game freezes every few hours of play. Playing survival and going long periods without saving just to lose it all without it being my fault is just insane, Sometimes it goes
    to dashboard; most of the time it freezes in the middle of some action or fight.

    It "appears" that the problem doesn't happen as often after hard resetting the console-- at least not for a few hours anyway.

    I have all the DLC and a 51 level character.

    This game has always crashed now and then, but not often enough to be a bother, not like this new,
    nefarious situation.

    My Xbox freezes, but not like it usually would.

    MW2, Black Ops, and Reach are. LA Noire is not.

    Also recently, Fallout New Vegas has been crashing consistently, must have been about ten times today. Clearing cache didn't work.

    Seems like this is an issue that many gamers are experiencing with Fallout 4. Bethesda seems aware of this as is trying to fix the bug.

    Ok here's an UPDATE! from my original post! First I went into 2 previous worlds built before the update and in both worlds I was able to enter the Nether with no problems. So just to make sure location wasn't an issue, I went into my newest world post update
    and I Moved the Nether Portal from it's ground floor location to way up on a hill behind my house far from its original location. Reassembled the portal and YEP Froze again. So this has to be related to the update. I can't imagine that my perticular world
    is glitched because there's no other problems accept entering the Nether!

    UPDATE on this problem! The good news: it's not your Xbox One. The bad news: it was the game update. After numerous crashes, I removed the Skyrim Sp Ed disc and inserted Fallout 4 disc. Played for hours, no freezes, no problems. Inserted Skyrim Sp Ed
    disc, started a new game, have played for hours, am now at level 9 with no freezes, no problems. Apparently, the new update has a problem with our saves from before the update. It's bad news if you're weeks and weeks into the game!
