    The problem was that the refresh rate in razer synapse under system performance needed to be at to 60hz.

    Did you try to start the game in borderless window mode? You can do this before starting the game in the launcher settings.

    Gears 5 (2 player, Gamepass)

    State of Decay 2 is also a good one, but unfortunately, doesn't allow split-screen, only online co-op. :/
