fallout 4 - am i still able to keep it when it was free

hi i was able to get fallout 4 digitel deluxe edition for free and im wondering as it might have been a mistake on Microsoft's behave, am i able to keep the license for it and if i carnt and it gets revoked can u give me the reference code with your licenses/
agreements and policy's to prove that u are able to revoke them legitemently

im a memeber of a few xbox communties and alot of people who were able to get this for free are all thinking and wondering the same thing

Can't redeem Fallout 3

I just brought Fallout 4 and it came with a free copy of fallout 3 but when i try to download it i keep getting the error

Fallout 4 keeps crashing

I recently installed Fallout 4 for the free trial and when it ended I uninstalled it. Well I liked it so much that I saved up my 30$ to buy the game to keep. When I finished installing it, I waited an hour until I launched the game. The second I launched
the game the screen said "Please Stand By" with the backround of a 1950 movie about to start you know the style in fallout, well it shows that screen for seven seconds then turns completely black for another fifteen seconds before bringing me to my home screen.
And it doesn't say Resume Fallout 4 on home, it says Launch Fallout 4 if you were wondering. Thanks in advance for the solution!

 

I believe they can revoke if it was due to a store error, p.s. had an issue like that before and those were revoked in that instance

 

i believe they do do this but what i mean is there a part in there policy which alows them to revoke it because as an example if same thing happens on amazon or game or any other online store they carnt revoke as these problems shouldn't happen and when
they do the companies lose out not the people who get it for free so whys it justified to revoke it when no body as changed code or got it illegitimately but people have got it legit by getting it when it was free

Last night, some Xbox One users were able to download the Fallout 4 Digital Deluxe Edtion from the Xbox Store for free. However, that was due to a store error from Microsoft and those users will see that game removed from their Xbox One library.

Many users were able to download the bundle before the pricing error was corrected, but according to Xbox Support, those users will have their licenses revoked as part of end-user licensing agreements with Bethesda and Microsoft. Users who downloaded the
Fallout 4 Deluxe Edition bundle will be unable to play the game, and copies of the bundle will eventually disappear from those users' Xbox One libraries.
