Fallout 4 Achievement Issue

Hi,

One of the achievements on Fallout 4 'The Molecular Level' has not unlocked correctly for me.

I've had similar issues before on X1, but usually the achievement has 'Done... Unlocking' against it on the dash/website/smartglass, and it unlocks a few days later. In this case, the dash does say '100%' on the achievements app, however this is not reflected
anywhere else.

The only other time I've seen this was on a Halo:MCC achievement, and that has still not unlocked a year later.

Any ideas?

Fallout 4 Achievement Glitch

This isn't just a Fallout issue, sadly it just happens some times (Super pleased I could 100% Fallout 4 without issue though). I've had an achievement for Unravel stuck for well over a month now...

 

Gears of War Ultimate Edition Xbox One

I had the same issue Friday with Fallout 4.
Two achievements didn't unlock. Didn't even know I'd earned them until I checked the app and saw them sitting as "Done! Unlocking...".
I tried everything from checking my connection, resetting the console, and even deleting and redownloading my profile.
One of them popped Sunday(but with Friday's date, as it should), but the other one still says unlocking.

Edit: The other achievement in Fallout 4 which has been stuck since Friday has just popped.

 

I'm having the same issue. With me its the Taking Independence achievement. Tried what the support guide suggested, no help. Tried talking to support and they just directed me to the support thread that I had already tried and insinuated that it was "an
issue with the developer and not the console." I had really looked forward to the Xbox One and Fallout 4. Then i got them and everyday there is some stupid "little" problem that i noticed or that comes up. What is the deal Microsoft? There have been consistent
issues that are adding up and turning into one big annoying problem.

 

I'm also having this issue, but with two Elder Scrolls Online achievements. Don't waste your breath on Xbox Support, they'll just tell you to wait 72 hours and then weeks will go by without your achievement unlocking. How the Xbox One has been out for two
years with no fix for this is beyond me.

 

Having the same issue with "Restoring order" for Fallout 4's first DLC. Months ago I had similar issues with 2 other Fallout 4 achievements, but they were fixed within 24 hours; not this time, though. But unlike last time, this time I can unlock other achievements
while waiting for "Restoring order" to finally unlock.

 

The Automatron DLC is glitched at the moment, and will not unlock, or allow the story mode to progress at present. I've spoken to several people who used less than complimentary language to describe this. I do know that the issue is being looked at at present.
