    Hello,

    I am a small time reseller.

    I have a bunch of Fallout 3 Xbox 360 codes that are of course compatible with Xbox One. Talked with support they confirmed that the codes are for North America region. (although I think as its Xbox One it should be global)

    The issue is that when a customer tries to redeem the code he gets the message "Something went wrong. Please try again later..". From 20 codes it happened to 5 buyers. I tried the codes myself on my USA and UK account and it works. Would also like to mention
    that one customer changed the browser and than could redeem the key.

    Had also other Xbox 360 game codes that were all god and customers all around the world redeemed them without a problem, no matter the region.

    Few months back something similar happened to Alan Wake codes when they started to be compatible to xbox one, also on this forums there were 5,6 topics about this, and Xbox service guys fixed it.

    I think this is the same problem here, Codes compatible to Xbox One should be global. Something is strange here, as I can redeem the key on EU and USA acc, and on some other states for example Australia, Italy..etc it gives Something went wrong message.

    Can anyone help with this or ask Xbox service guys to fix this somehow?

    Xbox 360 store on Xbox One?

    So it sounds like in order to redeem my free version of fallout 3 via code I will have to power on my 360 or go to xbox.com?

    Forgot to redeem code

    Promotion name: “Free Fallout 3 code with digital purchase of Fallout 4”

    Date of purchase: “15/11/15”

    Issue:

    I received my code through Xbox Live message box but never got round to redeeming it on the Xbox 360. When I tried tonight I realised the message had expired from the inbox so I can't redeem my code.

    I would have them try the codes on multiple devices until it works. Have them try the xbox 360 console, Xbox One console, xbox.com, xbox app on windows 10 and the

    Hello! I bought The consol with fallout 4 cd at the time fallout 4 was relesed and I got the code for fallout 3 with it. Fallout 3 is an xbox 360 game from The start could that be a problem trying to download to xbox one?

    Makes no sence selling a box with fallout 4 to xbox one and a redeem code for fallout 3 to xbox 360 😑👈
