Fallout 3 / Witcher 2 Issue

• Promotion name: “Free Fallout 3 code with digital purchase of Fallout 4”
• Date of purchase: “[11/09/2015]”

Issue: Hi there, I've been asked to post this after chatting with Microsoft Support. I received my Fallout 3 code on my previous Xbox and redeemed it however upon purchasing a new Xbox to replace my now dead previous box I go to download Fallout 3 only to be
asked to pay.

  This is also happening for The Witcher 2 which was purchased whilst free...I haven't been able to test other Backwards Compatible games as yet..

xbox one has witcher 3 and elsder scrolls online.

You should look into the games before you buy them though.

 

Best single player game campaigns

A few comes to mind - The Witcher 2, Dragon Age 1/2, Fallout 3 and even Final Fantasy XIII-2.

As for The Witcher 2 - I suggest changing your console region to something other than your current one, and then back to your current region. That tends to fix this issue. If you don't see it and other games there, please post up a new detailed post in our
