fallout 3 update error.

I got fallout 4 on release date and i put in the fallout 3 code from my xbox one it says its ready to install. When i try to install it, it says i need an update and then says update error. So i see if its my connection and after it goes through checking
my connection saying it's ok then it just doesn't work no matter what i do any suggestions. ??

Fallout 3 will not update on xbox one.

I recently purchased a copy of Fallout 4 and received the code to download Fallout 3. I installed Fallout 3 succcessfully however when i try to launch it, it says an update needs to be installed. Whenever i try to install the update it always says there
was an error with it and i cant even play it. Please help.

Region is correct . Fallout 4 code was activated well . Fallout 3 gives this error .

correct the backwards compatibility goes online on nov 12th at 3:00 pm

 

I redeemed my Fallout 3 code before I had today's new dashboard update, It said it would be in the ready to install and it wasn't and so I waited for today and updated it to hopefully find the game ready to install but it's not there.
