Fallout 3 showing it isn't compatible

I just put Fallout 3 into my Xbox One but it gave me a message saying the disc isn't compatible and to check the list of games.

Although clearly it is on the list so what's the issue here?

Fallout 3 Code has already been used?

I have this same problem, except I redeemed my code and it said there was an error downloading Fallout 3 and to try again, and now the code doesn't work as it's saying it has already been redeemed, yet Fallout 3 isn't in my downloads queue or showing up
anywhere on my console...

Did not receive Fallout 3 code with pre-order

I pre-ordered fallout 4 and still have yet to receive my fallout 3 backwards compatible code.....

Hey there!

I'm sorry to hear about the issue. Does your console play other backward compatible games and/or regular DVDs without issue? Have you checked to be sure that your disc isn't scratched or otherwise damaged?

Fallout 3 will not show as ready to install on the One yet. The code is for the 360, but the game will be available on the One when backwards compatibility is released.

Then the program starts running the load screen with the final result as shown above.

It still isn't downloadable on xbox one. If you go online and search for fallout 3 and click on buy. A pop up will show that says you already purchased.
