    Fallout 4 shouldn't have any issues, but Fallout 3 would be region locked. What region are you in? Is the code for the same region as your account?

    Region is correct . Fallout 4 code was activated well . Fallout 3 gives this error .

    Fallout 3 region

    That game is region locked. In order to download it, your account region has to match your physical location and you have to be in a region where the game is available.

    Having trouble redeeming code for fallout 3 on xbox one.

    What region are you in and what region is your account? Most of the time, the issues with that code is a region issue. Fallout 3 is region locked.

    Meaning obtaining something not of your region won't work for that game
