    Hi. I just purchased Fallout 3 the digital copy though the Xbox store and I would like it refunded. I was under the impression that this copy contained the dlc, which in fact the is not listed in the store unless you specifically look for that dlc
    and is $5 for each one, and for $15 should contain the dlc as it is the same price for a physical copy of the GOTY edition. This transaction took place less than 30 minutes ago and I have played less than 2 hours of the game, obviously. If there are any questions
    I would be glad to answer through this process.

    Scared to download GoDs

    I got refunds for Fable Anniversary which froze, and Fallout 3 which froze too. Both in the same month i think. Im afraid if i get a expensive game and it freezes they wont refund and I'll be *** on money

    Well I played Fallout 3 and it was fantastic. So I bought it with Microsoft Points but the problem is I don't have enough memory to get the game... Would a refund be possible or not?

    Hi, note that refund requests aren't actually handled here in the Xbox Forums. I would recommend visiting https://commerce.microsoft.com to see if you have the option to start a refund for the game displayed there;
    if not, I would contact Official Xbox Support at Contact Us | Xbox Support to chat with a billing agent to determine if a refund is possible in your circumstance.

    I do not know If they Will refund you but You can contact Xbox Support and see If You can get your money back

    You can log into your Microsoft account on the website and navigate to recent purchases and select to get help with the order or you can visit Contact Us | Xbox Support and
    open an online support chat with the Xbox support team to request the refund. Please note purchases on the Xbox Store are final but you may qualify for a once-off refund.
