Fallout 3 redeem code not working

Hi,

I received with my xbox one fallout edition a redeem code for fallout 3 + fallout 4.

I recently decided to use the redeem code to play my good old F3 but it didn't work on my xbox one, so I tried to use it on the microsoft website and it still didn't work !

Hi I have tried everything to redeem my fallout 3 code. It is simply not working. Please redeem code in my xbox account. I bought fallout 4 in xbox store on 1/6/2016

Redeem code for fallout 3 not working. Redirecting to this forum by Microsoft Help Center. triple checked and I am definitely typing the code correctly.

 

Does your account region match your physical location? Most of the issues with codes for that game are region related. Since that code is region locked, your account region has to match your physical location and you have to be in a region where the game
is available for download.

 

I already checked, but my region is the same as my location (france).

 

did you buy a UK or French code ?

If uk that would be why

 

Hi, no this code was offered with my fallout 4 Xbox one ! French version

Juste contacted the helpcenter and I've been told the code is ok and should work...

 

Try going to Sign in to your Microsoft account and re-entering your information (even if it is correct). If that still doesn't work, try migrating your account region (even if it is correct) https://live.xbox.com/AccountMigration
