    Fallout 3 promotional code is invalid


    I purchased fallout 4 from the game store however it was not opened until Christmas day and when I entered the promotional code into my xbox one it said the code was invalid and I contacted the game store and they told me only Microsoft could give ma a new
    code so I contacted xbox support and they referred me to here.

    This was a code from a promotional insert I received in my Fallout 4 game. When I enter the code it says it's invalid and it was a brand new never opened game when I bought it.
