    Fallout 3 promotion code issues


    I preordered fallout 4 in early July and received my code for fallout 3 for 360. I selected "redeem code" on the message (on my xbox one) and assumed the game would download to my 360 in the other room. Fast forward 2 months and I now wish to play my game.
    The game didn't download to my 360 and now the message containing the promo code is gone. I have been chatting with xbox support for about 30 mins now and Kenneth G has been very helpful however we are still unable to get me my game. Thanks for any help in
    advance!

    Did you get an error when it redeemed on your Xbox One? Have you tried going to your
    Download History to see if it is listed there? If so, you can just click Add to Queue and it should start downloading on your Xbox 360 when it's connected to Live. If it's not there, an Xbox
    Support member might be able to verify your order and the code, and help you out with this situation.

    I didn't receive any error code when redeeming. I have looked in my download history on my 360 and there is no fallout 3 listed. Is there a way to look for download history on the One, other than the ready to download tiles?

    Unfortunately there is no Download History listing for the Xbox One list there is for the Xbox 360. The Ready to Install list is your best bet but you can't see Fallout 3 here since it is not on the Backward Compatibility list even if your are in the Preview
    Program. I'd recommend hanging tight to see if one of the Xbox Support members can send you a PM with the information you need.
