I never redeemed my Fallout 3 code from my Fallout 4 preorder, and it's gone from my inbox. I chatted with support and they told me to post here.

Firstly, let me just say that the Xbox Forums Support team are working their way through the forum posts, and you should expect a response within 2-3 working days to this thread. Please see below for more information in the mean time.

It sounds like your promotional message has expired - remember that all Xbox Live messages expire after 28 days, so I recommend that you either write down or redeem any codes sent to you.

If that is the case, a member of the Xbox Support staff will be along soon and they might be able to retrieve your code.
