Fallout 3 Promo code not working when bought fallout 4

I recently bought Fallout 4 which came with a leaflet for Fallout 3 for free. I inputted the code but it is not working and has an error message.

What error message/error code do you see when you try redeeming the code?

 

It was error vode 0x80150017, any idea?

 

That code usually means it's a region issue. If you're account region doesn't match your physical location, or you live in a region where the game is nit available, you'll run into that issue.

 

I already changed everything and set it to the uk but it aint workings
