    Fallout 3 on Xbox one achievement not unlocking


    hey everyone, so ive been going back to older games achievement hunting. I recently went back to fallout 3 on my xbox one to grab the last few achievements I didnt have, there were four and I completed all of them 3 achievements fully unlocked (by which
    I mean it was recognized by my xbox 360 profile bc the game is backwards compatible and recognized on xbox one achievements list as well). The forth achievement ‘True Mortal’ (reaching lvl 30 with neutral karma) unlocked on xbox 360 achievements but did not
    register with xbox one achievements. Now I did wait for it to process, did a hard restart with my xbox one and waited 72 hrs, and my xbox one is connected to xbox live. I also just checked online to see if it showed as being unlocked and it does not. Im probably
    just going to make a service request to get it manually unlocked but if anyone has any thoughts as to why this happened or if its happened to you feel free to let me know, thanks.

    Achievements are not unlocking even though I have met the criteria.

    Adding my problem to the pile that I see here already l have 3 achievements that are Done! Unlocking but aren't Unlocked! and these are on fallout 4

    same here. last few Fallout 4 achievements not unlocking.

    All since new dashboard update.

    Try to wait a few days, because xbox is experience issues on 360 achievements.

    Sorry to hear about the achievement issues detailed in this thread.Unfortunately we do not have the capability to unlock achievements manually on the forums. I do see that you attempted each of these on and Xbox One console through back compat, but you were
    able to unlock one of these achievements on an Xbox 360 console right after attempting, correct? If that is accurate, you may need to reattempt each of these achievements on a new save file after trying each of these troubleshooting steps:

    • Ensure that you are signed into your Xbox Live profile on the Xbox 360 emulator on Xbox One. You can verify this by pressing View and Menu at the same time to see if your profile is properly signed-in. If you launch Fallout 3, but are not signed into the
      Xbox 360 emulator, that would cause the issue described here.
    • If you haven't already. try each of the steps on our
      Achievement Troubleshooting Sticky. Let's skip the survey for now, as that is mainly for reporting individual achievements to collect information. This issue reported doesn't seem to need a survey yet.
    • If the issue persists after trying those steps, let's uninstall Fallout 3 from your Xbox One console and reinstall it back on. Be sure to test an easy to grab achievement to see if that has affected any change.
    • If you are unable to unlock an achievement after uninstalling/reinstalling, next step is to

      Factory Restore your Xbox One       using the 'Reset and keep my games & apps' option. After this completes, we recommend attempting an achievement again on your current save file.
    If achievements do not unlock on your main save file on the Xbox One after attempting them again, the next best step is to create a new save file on Fallout 3 to unlock those achievements.

    Please keep us posted on how that goes! We understand creating a new save to unlock those achievements is definitely not ideal, but that may be the solution needed in order to unlock each achievement.

    Did you earn them offline? I believe this may be connected.

    Unlocked xb360 achievement on X1 on July 31st but it is still not showing as unlocked on my profile

    This happened to me on July 31st as well. I have tried a hard reset and I have tried to unlock the achievement again. On 360 achievements for the game I have all of them unlocked (72 out of 72) but the list of game achievements only shows 71 out of 72.
    My achievement was the Bog Walker on Fallout 3. This one achievement is preventing me from 100%. I am upset.
