    Hello,

    Im trying to buy Fallout 3 on the Xbox One X marketplace and i keep getting the message "Sorry, your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again". Im not using Microsoft Account balances or anything like that. Just a regular debit card. Ive
    tried resetting my console and using a different a debit card but it wont let me buy the game. Any ideas?

    (Also yes i know you can buy the GOTY edition on disc and it comes with the DLC'S for cheaper buy my disc reader is broken and i just want to buy and be able to play the game)
