Fallout 3 not working.

I attempted to play Fallout 3 on the Xbox One by inserting the disc and it tells me the game isn't available for backwards compatibility. Despite the fact that it is. It's even installed onto my 360 if that means anything.

This is the original copy of Fallout 3 mind you, as I hope that isn't part of the problem. Would be utterly stupid if it is. Or it would have been better if I could have just used the code of FO3 I got with FO4 but Microsoft deleted the message for it so
cool.

But yeah, any help would be appreciated for this completely unnecessary issue I am having for a game that is suppose to be backwards compatible.

Pre Ordered Fallout 4, received Fallout 3 code as a promotion but the code is not working. Please send a new code

 

Are you in the preview program? Is your console updated to the latest version?

I just put the disc in just to see if it fixed itself, and oddly enough, it now works. I can now install it. Odd, but whatever. Thanks for the answer regardless. I am in the preview program and my console is up to date.
