Fallout 3 not installing after purchase.

Hello!

Can you please help me?

After purchasing Fallout 3 from Xbox store I got an error message (I didn t note it down) and afterwards i hit the you own this button and the game started downloading.I started it on the home screen and another error came up saying that i need to renew my game pass subscription.The game does not appear in library and now the ony choice is to buy it again.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

First, make sure that you're seeing the game as "completed" on your end by following the steps below:

Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing > Order history.

Once you have confirmed, kindly remove and re-add your account to re-sync the license.

REMOVE ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

4. When you're finished, select Close.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

ADD ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.

3. Enter the Email address and the password.

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console.

When I put in the Fallout 3 code Fallout 3 was not credited to my account

I purchased Fallout 4 in an Xbox One Bundle from the Microsoft store

I have contacted customer service several times about this issue and my reference number is
[Mod Removed]

The code was apparently used by be on 12/15/2015, but when the Microsoft Tech team reviewed my account they saw that my account was not credited with the download of Fallout 3. Therefore, I am requesting a new Fallout 3 code.

I have not received my fallout 3 redeem code after purchasing fallout on the launchday via Xbox marketplace. Please send me code asap.

Fallout 3 will be delivered 7-10 days after the purchase date of Fallout 4. If you don't receive a code 10 days after purchase (Nov. 20th 2015 in your case), please post back here to let us know.
