fallout 3/messages from xbox live team

i have been having trouble recently with receiving promotions and messages from the xbox live team i pre ordered fallout 4 digitally and haven't gotten my code yet but this isn't the first problem i just got my code fore halo 5 beta rec pack and i
ordered that weeks ago and a buddy invited me to the preview program and i still haven't received that message either thanks

Xbox live messages with fallout 3 and rainbow 6 vegas 2 codes are gone.

Purchased fallout 4 and rainbow 6 siege and received free codes for fallout 3 and rainbow 6 vegas 2 in two separate messages from xbox live. Received three promotional messages from xbox live and noticed the messages from before the new year that contained
the codes are gone.

 

Free Fallout 3 code with digital purchase of Fallout 4

Bought fallout 4 on my xbox one and got a message from xbox live for a fallout 3 code but I accidentally deleted my messages so I lost the code
