    My redeem code seems to have been deleted from my messages. Actually all but my one unopened message and history remains.

    Checked on xbox.com, smartglass and my console.

    Have been chatting with xbox support and taken all the steps suggested by them and still nothing.

    i lost my fallout 3 redemption code from my fallout 4 purchase on November 11 because the message I received the code in was auto deleted from my console. How can I get the redemption code back?

    We received the message with the Fallout 3 redemption code but did not know the message expired after 30 days. Please resend the redemption code so we may get our copy of Fallout 3.
